Aizakura Mirin

Made in the traditional method in Mikawa, Aichi. The ingredients are simply glutinous rice, rice koji and honkaku shochu and must be aged for a minimum of a year. 

A completely different kitchen staple that’s sure to elevate your cooking. 

It can also be drunk on its own, on the rocks or as a highball.
