Azumatsuru the Origin

Local Saga Yamadanishiki rice grown by contract farmers that the brewery works with directly. Kimoto (natural lactic acid) starter used for a more creamy texture and complexity. Asian pear, apple, slight astringency for a tannin-like effect. 

Easy drinking but so layered and great with food.
