Cantillon is Brussels’ most iconic lambic brewery, producing traditional spontaneous-fermentation beers since 1900. Grand Cru Bruocsella is a pure expression of the style: a straight lambic aged three years in oak, unblended, unfiltered, and completely still.
Intensely sour, funky, and complex, with aged oak, lemon rind, earthy notes, and a long, dry finish. Named after the medieval Latin name for Brussels, it’s lambic at its most elemental. Beautiful with roast chicken, grilled mushrooms, washed-rind cheese, or rich pâté.
