From a legendary house, Jacquesson 747 is based on the 2019 harvest. It is a blend of ~75% Pinot Noir/Meunier and 25% Chardonnay, fermented in large oak foudres and aged on lees. The Champagne exhibits high minerality, citrus, brioche notes, vibrant acidity, and fine bubbles, making it complex and elegant.

The "700" series captures the essence of a specific harvest year, focusing on finesse, purity, and aging potential, highlighting the estate's commitment to vineyard quality.
