Cheese & Sake Workshop w/Lindsay & Mariko

Join Lindsay from Good Cheese, (our favourite cheese shop!) and Mariko for a workshop on Canadian cheese and sake. You'll be tasting 5 different Canadian cheeses paired with 5 sakes that complement the wide range of flavours and textures we have available from our own producers. 

Lindsay is passionate about food, history, and cultural storytelling, and cheese is a surprising catalyst for all three! They have been a cheesemonger for close to a decade now, and is a Certified Cheese Professional under the American Cheese Association.
