Fumey-Chatelain Cremant du Jura

From Fumey-Chatelain’s vineyards around Arbois, made by the traditional method with extended ageing on the lees. Chardonnay, Trousseau, Savagnin and Ploussard. 

Bright and precise, with crisp apple, lemon zest and white flowers, followed by subtle brioche and hazelnut. Fine, energetic bubbles and vibrant acidity lead into a dry, mineral finish with a distinctly Jura-like salinity. Fresh and easy to drink, but with enough texture and complexity to make it much more than a simple aperitif.
