Hanatomoe Splash

A juicy, sparkling nigori made in Yamahai method. Bright citrus notes, with creamy texture that's not too heavy. 

The second fermentation is in bottle, made with natural yeast, and muroka nama genshu (as usual for this brewery!). 

Slightly funky, with nice bubbles and body - fun to pair with cheese, Korean bbq or spicy ceviche.
