Katsuyama Junmai Ginjo Ken

A classic Ginjo sake bursting with notes of melon, berry, stone fruit with a touch of rice. Floral and pretty with a nicely balanced palate and finish. 

Slightly sweeter on the palate makes it perfect for food pairings, reminiscent of an off-dry Riesling…beautifully lush!
