Macho Woman Aiyama

Made with Aiyama rice polished only to 80%, (hence the strong woman) the sake is kimoto (natural lactic fermentation) and has lots of layers of complexity. Juicy and floral as Aiyama sakes tend to be, but with a cool savoury and full-bodied texture that is unique to this producer. A must try for any sake lover!
