Mathilde Savoye Blanc de Meunier Extra Brut 2022

Made in stainless steel tanks and malolactic fermentation is blocked to preserve the freshness and brightness. Grown in the heart of the Marne Valley on clay-limestone soils. Aged on the lees for 18 months with very low dosage, especially since the 2022 vintage was quite warm, allowing for the fruit to ripen fully.
