Nabeshima Omachi Junmai Ginjo

Nabeshima is a star producer in Kyushu. The house style is slightly spritzy and shows great expression of the rice being used. Omachi, an heirloom rice from Okayama, is manifested beautifully in this sake. 

Floral and fruity but with the weight and complexity of Omachi rice. Moorish and delicious but serious enough for any connoisseur.
