Niwa no Uguisu Kitajima Yamadanishiki 80

The Yamadanishiki for this sake was farmed by Kitajima Masaharu in Asakura city (Fukuoka). Each year we look forward to this sake that's only polished to 80%, making it easy to taste the vintage and terroir. 

Lightly fruity with grainy cereal notes from the rice, beautifully dry and crisp. Perfect with grilled and fried dishes, easy drinking but with great structure.
