A Junmai Daiginjo but they don’t call it that! Asian pear, muscat, ripe melon…a fruit forward, clean and moorish sake for any occasion. 

Made with the heirloom variety Omachi, more acidity and minerality than the Yamadanishiki but just as satisfying.
