The Alain and Salima Cordeuil "Clair Obscur" is a highly regarded, organic and biodynamic Brut Nature (zero dosage) grower Champagne. It is a powerful blend of Pinot Noir (65%) and Chardonnay (35%) known for its extensive aging (4–5 years on lees), resulting in a rich, complex profile of orchard fruits like yellow apples, honey, and toasted notes, all underpinned by a precise and strong saline minerality.
