Shichihonyari Junmai Genshu

Shichihonyari is known for their complex, savoury styles of sake. This is a slightly different expression as a low-alcohol-genshu. 

The brewery imagined and executed their version of a low-alcohol-genshu; a very popular style but done in their own way. Rich ricey notes with dense tropical fruits like jackfruit, an edge of saltiness from the Tamasakae rice and umami. Great balance and uniquely Shiga-style.
