Takasago is Jikon's local brand name. Made by the same Toji and team that brews Jikon, with the same care and attention but with a different focus. This is a sake that drinks more quietly, less aromatic and floral than Jikon. Beautifully elegant and lighter in texture, with more texture and layers of astringency that keep you coming back for more.
