Made from rescued ‘broken rice’, another new initiative from Tsuchida Brewery. 

Tsuchida’s sakes are always uniquely complex and often pleasantly contradictory, offering sweetness, acidity and umami in unexpected ways. 

Bright notes of banana,  balanced with rice sweetness and clean umami that comes from the koji making.
