Yamagata Masamune Umeshu

Made using junmai sake from Yamagata Masamune, a umeshu that's not sticky, not too sweet and can be enjoyed with food. Beautiful acidity to cut through the richness. 

Notes of almonds, bright orchard fruit, balanced with a juicy acidity. A very mature and elevated umeshu!
